Job summary

NHG Health seeks a dedicated Patient Relations associate to handle multi-channel inquiries, educate callers on services, and assist with appointment changes in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Ideal candidates have call centre or healthcare exposure, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work rotating shifts and maintain patient confidentiality under PDPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O level or higher preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Mandarin ability an advantage.
• Experience with call centre or healthcare industry preferred.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Positive, professional and customer service-oriented attitude.
• Independent, mature, able to work under pressure and a team player.
• Proficient in computer skills and accurate keyboarding.
• Able to perform 2 rotating shifts.
• Willing to accept office relocation ubi area in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Identify, handle and resolve caller enquiries using calls, SMS, email, Livechat and fax.
• Educate callers on services offered; provide basic pre-consult information.
• Assist patients, next-of-kin and doctors with appointment changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information; adhere to PDPA.
• Refer patient feedback to Supervisor/Manager and ensure follow-ups.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with patients/next-of-kin and meet SLA targets.
• Document all enquiries in the CRM system with clear descriptions.
• Operate CRM, Medical Records system and telephony tools effectively.
• Work as part of a team to support department goals.
