Job summary

National University Health System in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Customer Service Associate for the Group Contact Centre to handle general enquiries and appointment scheduling for patients and the public.

Reporting to the Institution Lead, you will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in healthcare or contact centre is preferred, with fluency in English and your Mother Tongue. Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline; Fresh graduates welcomed.
• 1–2 years’ experience in healthcare, contact centre or service-related industry preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mother Tongue; read and write fluently in English.
• Pleasant, cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends; standby duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to callers; understand caller’s needs.
• Provide timely, accurate information and assistance for enquiries.
• Book or reschedule appointments as requested.
• Handle emails, referral requests and emergency activation as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved.
