Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd in partnership with e2i is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Service Ops, Planning to enhance patient experience through service delivery improvements. You will engage stakeholders, design change plans and monitor initiatives.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with 1–2 years in operations, preferably healthcare or customer service, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic hospital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in an operations role, healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and willingness to learn change management.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders such as clinic and ward managers to identify areas for improvement and design change management plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are integrated into daily operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage timelines for initiatives.
