Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Operations Leader in Singapore to plan, coordinate, and implement clinic activities. You will oversee administrative functions, patient flow, inventory, and facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care.

You will partner with clinical, nursing, diagnostics, and service teams to drive workflow improvements, policy initiatives, and service excellence, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
