Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd in partnership with e2i is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Service Ops, Planning to enhance patient experience through service delivery improvements. You will engage stakeholders, design change plans and monitor initiatives.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with 1–2 years in operations, preferably healthcare or customer service, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to thrive in a dynamic hospital

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Engage stakeholders such as clinic and ward managers etc, and tap on insights from patient feedback, to identify areas of improvement, design and implement change management plans, in line with Service Delivery System to improve patient experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are integrated into daily operations
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Develop and manage timelines for initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the healthcare sector or customer service setting.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and willingness to learn change management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the field of patient experience
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments.
• Attention to detail, ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment
