Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD, a Singapore-based recruitment and services provider, is seeking a senior professional to lead strategic initiatives in healthcare services. You will drive business planning, tender support, policy implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and service leads to achieve operational excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership in projects, data-driven decision making, and building strong stakeholder relationships within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preferred fields include Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications or related.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with project leadership, operations management or cross-functional initiatives.
• Healthcare industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong business, analytical and financial acumen with data analysis and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Access, Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support tenders, including preparing proposals, costing and service delivery plans with Finance and leads.
• Collaborate with team leads to develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Monitor performance and identify improvements; recommend actions.

• Prepare reports to support planning and management decisions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support objectives.
• Plan and facilitate meetings and discussions with multiple stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive the growth of the company's healthcare services.
• Support public and private business tenders, including preparing business proposals, costing and service delivery plans in collaboration with Finance and service leads.
• Work closely with team leads to develop, implement and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Monitor business, operational and financial performance, identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions.
• Lead and participate in business, operational and improvement projects assigned by management.
• Conduct analysis and prepare reports to support business planning and management decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and operational excellence.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, workgroups and discussions involving multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, with experience in project leadership, operations management or cross-functional initiatives.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
• Strong business, analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, identify issues and recommend solutions.
