Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive, Clinical Operations (Singapore Healthcare) to support clinical service planning, infrastructure development and resourcing planning. You will help optimise patient journeys, improve patient experience and expand access to care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare operations; more relevant experience may be considered for Assistant Manager.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to relate at various levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership qualities with ability to motivate and nurture the team to meet operational goals.
• Self-directed, resourceful and analytical problem-solver.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Attend user engagement workshops to input SME insights for hospital design planning to optimize patient journeys and experience.
• Lead discussions for road-mapping hospital development from clinical service planning, infrastructure development and resourcing planning.
• Collaborate with consultants, medical planners and stakeholders to develop service flow design and planning parameters.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings to gather requirements and test models virtually and physically.
• Prepare business cases to seek approvals for infrastructure growth and funding.
• Track, monitor and report progress across work streams to management; escalate concerns timely.
• Prepare periodic reports for the Hospital Committee on project progress.
• Organize and lead activities related to hospital development and implementation of operating models.
