Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and data-handling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in healthcare operations, reporting, or project coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Compile recurring operational reports from NGEMR and related systems, covering outpatient, surgical, allied health, and endoscopy data.
• Maintain the JMC Monthly Report dashboard and assist with specialty dashboards.
• Support data submissions to NUHS KRD and MOH portals within deadlines.
• Perform data checks, flag outliers, and support ad hoc reporting requests.
• Maintain the Operations Tracker and coordinate follow-up with relevant staff.
• Manage staff communications and raise IT access requests through ServiceNow.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, logistics, and materials.
• Draft and circulate meeting minutes and track action items.
• Follow up with departments on closure-related activities and update progress trackers.
• Organise closure records, approvals, inventories, and supporting documents.
• Collate information on contracts, vendors, purchase orders, equipment, assets, and operational services.
• Maintain organised electronic files and prepare closure status updates and presentation materials.
• Coordinate administrative communications with internal and external stakeholders.
