Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a data-focused Operations Reports Associate to prepare monthly reports and dashboards for healthcare operations. The role involves extracting and verifying data, supporting submissions, and coordinating meetings to ensure accurate records and timely delivery.

The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with experience in healthcare administration or reporting considered an asset. Contract to 31 March 2027 with office hours in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly operational reports and update data dashboards
• Extract, compile and verify healthcare operational data
• Support data submissions and maintain accurate records
• Monitor operations trackers and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes
• Support departmental transition projects, documentation and administrative coordination
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
