UEMS Group is seeking an Operations professional in Singapore to lead and oversee daily operational activities. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining roll-calls, and ensuring service delivery meets contractual requirements.

The candidate will manage performance, prepare monthly reports and budgets, and respond to feedback. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Operations and leading a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reports and presentation slides.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients on site, end users, and internal departments.
• Able to be a team player to assist the management on inspections and reports.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision on the operation ground.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in daily operational activities.
• Conduct daily roll-call and ensure staff are attired and groomed; cascade information.
• Supervise and assess work performance of staff on a daily deployment basis.
• Ensure timely completion of planned work schedules and maintain records per standards.
• Handle feedback and complaints; update Manager accordingly.
• Respond to user requests promptly and update when completed; escalate when necessary.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports, operating budgets, and other related reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior.
