Acumed Medical Group in Singapore seeks a Healthcare Executive to oversee clinic operations and manage the clinic team. The role focuses on daily operations, staffing, patient relations, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on healthcare operations experience. The position requires a recognised bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, or healthcare with at least two years in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Recognised bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, healthcare or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare operations or managing a large group of people.
• Relevant experience will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and manpower planning, including rostering for all clinics.
• Handle patient and client relations, complaints and related matters.
• Oversee processes, SOPs, and drive quality, efficiency and service across units.
• Recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluation of staff.
• Budgeting, planning and submission of proposals, performance management and risk management.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and project management.
• Cover clinics and on-sites during manpower shortages.
• Audits, compliance, licensing, legal and regulatory.
