Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in customer service and/or operations management.
• Experience supervising teams and managing daily operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities demonstrated through managing teams and operational challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills applied in team coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders and oversee administrative operations to maintain efficient workflow and team performance.
• Monitor daily workload, productivity, and service standards to ensure operational targets are met.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and staff schedules to optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure work accuracy and compliance with established procedures to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating major concerns to management for timely intervention.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and collaborate with management to support strategic decision-making.
