Job summary

UEMS Group in Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure daily operational performance.

You will conduct roll-calls, supervise staff, manage service delivery against contractual standards, and prepare monthly reports. The role requires at least 2 years in operations leadership, strong MS Office skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities; rotating shifts 7am-3pm and 1pm-9pm, 6 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations and leading a team (at least 2 years).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reports and slides.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in daily operational activities.
• Conduct daily roll-call and ensure staff are attired and groomed; cascade information.
• Supervise and assess staff performance in deployment to ensure service delivery per contract.
• Ensure timely completion of planned work schedules and maintain required records.
• Handle feedback and complaints; report to Manager.
• Respond to user requests promptly and update upon completion; escalate when needed.
• Assist in monthly reports, operating budgets, and other relevant reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior.
