Job summary

UEMS Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee a team, and ensure service delivery aligns with contractual requirements. The role emphasizes hands-on roll-call, staff grooming, and clear information cascades on the floor.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in operations leadership, strong MS Office skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities to interact with clients, staff, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations and leading a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients on site and internal teams.
• Able to work well in a team and support management on inspections and reports.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision on the operation floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in daily operational activities.
• Conduct daily roll-call and ensure staff attire, grooming, and information cascaded during roll-call.
• Supervise and assess staff performance in daily deployments to meet contractual requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of planned work schedules and maintain required records.
• Handle feedback and complaints; update Manager accordingly.
• Respond to user requests promptly and update when completed; escalate as needed.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports, operating budgets, and other relevant reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Superior.
