Job summary

Woodlands Hospital in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations and Administrative professional to support Allied Health departments, streamline workflows, and deliver high-quality patient care.

The role involves monitoring services, procurement, inventory, data analysis, and budgeting support, with cross-functional collaboration across departments. A university degree and 5+ years in healthcare are required, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• University Degree in science or Business Administration, Business Management or related degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or related industry.
• Experience in supporting operations.
• Some experience in business process and data analysis.
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel – Intermediate/Advanced, Word)

Responsibilities

• Operations - 40%: Support the effective running, monitoring, and continuous improvement of existing services.
• Procurement of equipment and supplies, inventory management, invoice processing, and other administrative functions.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for operational and financial indicators (e.g., waiting time, turnaround time, financial performance).
• Implement initiatives to improve business processes, service workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Support quality service management efforts, including service quality review, complaints and feedback management.
• Support HODs in the supervision of Ancillary staff (e.g. PSAs).
• Assist HODs in preparing annual workplans, manpower plans, and budgets.
