Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a data operations coordinator for a public healthcare centre in the West. You will generate monthly reports from NGEMR and related systems, update dashboards and support MOH submissions.

Degree in any discipline required; entry-level candidates with solid coordination skills are welcome. Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail are essential; healthcare data experience is a plus. Work 5 days a week with standard office hours in a supportive team.

Aufgaben

• Generate and compile monthly operational reports from NGEMR and related systems (outpatient, surgical workload, allied health, endoscopy).
• Update the monthly operations dashboard and submit data to cluster and MOH portals by deadline.
• Extract and organise data for specialty dashboards; flag outliers for verification.
• Manage the daily operations tracker and follow up on assigned actions.
• Send staff broadcasts, raise IT service tickets and prepare staff feedback materials.
• Support operations meetings: agendas, logistics, minutes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate transition and relocation activities, including tracking actions, organising records and preparing status updates.
