Job summary

Boon Lay Medical Centre is seeking a Contract Executive (until 31 March 2027) to support Data Reporting & Submissions, Administrative & Coordination, Meeting Support, and Transition activities. This role focuses on generating reports from NGEMR, updating dashboards, and coordinating with internal staff to ensure timely data delivery.

Responsibilities include data extraction, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with meeting logistics.

Responsibilities

• Generate, compile, and prepare recurring operational reports from NGEMR and related systems, including outpatient, surgical workload, allied health, and endoscopy data, in accordance with stipulated monthly deadlines.
• Populate and maintain the Monthly Report dashboard by updating the relevant data tabs accurately and in a timely manner.
• Upload data to the portal and submission portals within stipulated deadlines, under the guidance of the reporting officer.
• Assist in the preparation of sub-specialties dashboards by extracting and organising data.
• Support data hygiene processes and flagging outliers to the relevant clinical or operations staff for verification.
• Support any other ad-hoc data requests as directed.
