Job summary

West Gov Healthcare in Singapore is seeking a Healthcare Admin Executive (Data Management) on a 5-month contract to support data reporting and submissions.

You will manage the Operations Tracker, upload data to MOH portals, and assist in preparing closure-related documentation and dashboards. You will coordinate with clinical and operations staff to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate, compile, and prepare recurring operational reports from NGEMR and related systems, including outpatient, surgical workload, allied health, and endoscopy data, in accordance with stipulated monthly deadlines.
• Populate and maintain the Monthly Report dashboard by updating the relevant data tabs accurately and in a timely manner.
• Upload data to the portal and MOH submission portals within stipulated deadlines, under the guidance of the reporting officer.
• Assist in the preparation of sub-specialties dashboards by extracting and organising data.
• Support data hygiene processes and flagging outliers to the relevant clinical or operations staff for verification.
• Support any other ad-hoc data requests as directed.
