Job summary

You will work closely with HR and department leaders to ensure programmes run smoothly and on schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating workshops, maintaining learning records, tracking budgets, and gathering feedback to improve content.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business, Psychology, Education, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years in HR, Learning & Development, programme coordination, or similar role.
• Healthcare/public sector experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Learning Needs Analysis by identifying learning needs and gaps.
• Coordinate and administer learning programmes from nomination through completion.
• Maintain learning records, dashboards, trackers, and reports for management updates.
• Monitor learning expenditure and budget utilisation.
• Collaborate with HR, departments, training providers, and partners for smooth delivery of initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new employees including scheduling and comms.
• Facilitate portions of corporate orientation programmes and ensure key messages are communicated.
• Gather participant feedback and help review content and processes.
• Support administration of scholarship and sponsorship programmes and panel coordination.
• Coordinate leadership development initiatives and learning pathways.
• Provide administrative support for HR and organisational development projects.
