Job summary

• A recognised degree in any discipline.

• Prior experience in Learning and Development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership development programmes from end to end: manage nominations, liaison with trainers and stakeholders.
• Maintain learning records and track programme effectiveness.
• Support core milestone programmes and talent development initiatives for high-potential staff.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting and process improvement projects.
• Support the SingHealth Senior Management Induction programme.
