NHG Health's Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) invites an experienced Senior Manager/Assistant Director (L&D) to shape learning and development strategy that enables healthcare professionals to innovate, transform and adopt new ways of working.
You will conduct strategic learning needs analyses, monitor labour market shifts, translate insights into development solutions, and partner with CHI’s workforce partners to measure impact and sustain the Workforce Accelerator.

Join our dynamic team at NHG's Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), where you will play a pivotal role in supporting system level change and workforce transformation, as well as the development of people to respond with agility to lead change and transformation in our healthcare ecosystem for now and the future.The Learning and Development (L&D) Team as part of the Learning & Organisation Development Office at CHI, provides strategic stewardship in building the capabilities required to advance healthcare innovation and transformation. The team identifies current and future capability needs; design and deliver learning and development signature programmes, cultivate innovation and transformation capabilities and facilitate knowledge exchange and communities of practice. The Team establishes mechanisms to evaluate the impact of learning on individual capability, innovation adoption and healthcare outcomes. The team also supports CHI’s workforce transformation efforts by being the main custodian of CHI’s signature platform, CHI Workforce Accelerator.
As the Senior Manager/Assistant Director (L&D), you will be responsible for establishing CHI’s learning and development strategy that enables healthcare professionals to innovate, transform and adopt new ways of working. You will conduct strategic learning needs analysis, keep abreast of the rapidly changing labour and skills landscape and translate insights from horizon scans into innovative learning and capability development solutions. You will build strategic partnerships with CHI’s workforce partners, and establish mechanisms to measure the impact of learning on individual capability and healthcare transformation. You will also be presiding over the sustainability of the CHI Workforce Accelerator, CHI’s flagship platform for conducting reimagination and redesign of work, jobs and skills. If you possess leadership potential and have relevant experiences, you may be asked to lead the L&D Team.
