Job summary

SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a capable HR Learning and Development professional to support operations and help implement learning plans, programmes, policies and procedures aligned to organisational goals.

You will assist in managing foundational onboarding programmes for new hires, conduct annual learning needs analysis, deploy learning plans, maintain learning systems, and prepare learning reports and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably major in Human Resource or Business Administration.
• Experience in HR is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Learning and Development operations and implement plans, programmes, policies and procedures.
• Manage onboarding programmes for new hires and learning initiatives; deploy learning plans.
• Prepare learning reports and payments; maintain learning systems and support annual learning needs analysis.
