Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking an operational and administrative support specialist to assist across the Human Resource Development functions, helping foster a learning culture and ensuring smooth delivery of training programmes.

You will handle administrative support for training programmes and e-learning, maintain training records, process invoices and claims, and assist with other HRD tasks as assigned, adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for training programmes and e-learning modules.
• Update and maintain training records.
