Job summary

Woodlands Health in Singapore is seeking an organised administrator to support the People & Organisation Development team. You will help design and deliver learning programmes, coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and ensure seamless learning operations.

The role also covers budget tracking, vendor liaison, learning records, and compliance. You will collaborate with trainers, staff, and stakeholders to foster a capable, continuously improving workforce across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in admin support, programme coordination, or L&D operations.
• Experience in healthcare or learning environments is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating training programmes, secretariat support, or process improvement preferred.
• Exposure to budget monitoring, vendor management, and compliance beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the operational delivery of learning and development programmes.
• Liaise with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage programme registration, attendance, communications, and logistics.
• Support budgets, procurement, and expense reporting for training activities.
• Maintain learning records and prepare reports on participation and impact.
