Responsibilities

• Day-to-day clinic operations.
• Registration of patients.
• Pack medicines per doctors’ invoices and explain instructions.
• Attend to patient queries and incoming calls.
• Collect payments from patients.
• Booking of appointments and calendar coordination.
• Coordinate with therapists and psychiatrists on schedules.
• Clinic Admin duties and maintenance of reception area.
• Acknowledge receipt of supplier deliveries (drugs/medicines).
• Perform general administrative duties as directed.
