Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a clinic front desk assistant to join our busy healthcare team in Singapore. You will handle registrations, appointment bookings, and patient calls using the clinic system, and support doctors with pre operation advice.

You'll contribute to smooth daily operations, assist in training junior staff, and ensure accurate counter closing. This role requires 1–2 years in healthcare and solid computer literacy, with a roster-based location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a specialist clinic.
• Proficient in using clinic systems and general computer literacy.
• Willing to handle front desk duties, appointments, and phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical frontline duties: registration, appointment bookings, calls using clinic system.
• Provide pre-operation advice for patients.
• Follow up with doctors/staff to complete information.
• Assist doctor with chaperone and medical procedures.
• Assist in training and guiding new staff.
• Perform daily counter closing and report discrepancies.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
