Job summary

Alliance Healthcare Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to handle incoming queries from customers and patients, delivering exceptional service and guidance in a timely manner.

You will manage client communications via email and phone, maintain client databases, assist with system setups, generate reports, and support contract renewals. The role requires good interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office; healthcare insurance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client support.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Healthcare insurance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and be the first point of contact via emails or calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client requests, coordinating with internal support teams.
• Maintain Client database with data entry and uploads.
• Assist with client implementation and system setups.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc client reports.
• Handle client contract renewals and upsell of services where applicable.
• Perform administrative tasks including card preparation, documentation, filing.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups when required.
