Responsibilities

• Respond to customer by providing product information over the phone and at customer’s sites.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Maintain customer databases and update visit records regularly by keeping track of the sales visits and activities, including customer interactions, sales leads and follow-up tasks.
• Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding client feedback, market trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotations and proposals for customers.
• Assist in workshops and at exhibitions to showcase our products and services.
• Timely deliveries of small items, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials, including brochures, samples and promotional items.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support both pre/post sales activities and resolve customer issues.
