Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, proficient in MS Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working experience in a relevant industry and role.
• Healthcare Insurance (Employee Benefits) experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for customer service and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Administer and drive development and implementation of technical parameters, policies and frameworks.
• Monitor renewals, movements requests, and ensure timely updates.
• Provide regular analysis or ad-hoc reports to clients on portfolio performance.
• Account management for assigned accounts and support the team as needed.
• Maintain high-quality interactions with touchpoints and elevate resolutions for clients.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
