Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HOD and Business Development Manager in developing and executing initiatives and projects to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Diagnostics Services leads to plan, implement, and maintain marketing and business outreach efforts for the business unit.
  • Manage and follow up on feedback from internal and external clients to support service improvement.
  • Provide administrative and professional support for business development activities and projects in partnership with clinical teams.
  • Maintain and update the business unit’s internet and intranet websites, ensuring content accuracy and acting on feedback to enhance user experience.
  • Manage new and existing contracts with both internal and external clients, including liaising with the Legal team on updates to terms and conditions.
  • Champion effective communication and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including providing timely updates on workflow changes or operational impacts.
  • Undertake any additional assignments or projects as delegated by the HOD.
  • Strong communication skills—able to articulate key messages clearly to different stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
  • Analytical skills—able to identify root causes of variances in work plans or budgets and propose suitable action plans.
  • Negotiation skills—capable of engaging stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
