Job summary

A support services organization in Singapore is looking for dedicated caregivers to provide direct care and support to clients, ensuring their wellbeing in a safe environment. Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience working with older persons or individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, supporting program delivery, and maintaining a hygienic setting. Certification in healthcare support is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Certification in healthcare support will be an advantage.
  • At least 2-3 years care experience working with older persons or PWDS.
  • Physically fit and able to assist clients with limited mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support to clients in line with care plans.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic environment.
  • Monitor clients’ wellbeing and report concerns promptly.
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living.
  • Set up and maintain programme spaces and activities.
  • Support programme documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in facilitation and delivery of programmes.
  • Manage stock and inventory, and complete basic records.

  • Monitor clients’ wellbeing and behaviour during programmes and report concerns promptly.
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a respectful and person‑centred manner.
  • Set up and maintain programme spaces, activities, and equipment.
  • Support programme documentation and administrative tasks to enhance service quality and compliance.
  • Assist in the facilitation and delivery of programmes, and lead activities when required.
  • Manage stock and inventory, and complete basic records and reports.
