Job summary

FIRST MAID PTE. LTD. is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to drive client outreach and place suitable helpers with employers.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, nurture relationships with local and overseas agents, and match employer needs with candidates from our database. You will shortlist fit candidates, maintain clear communication, and work within a collaborative team to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• 1-2 years of HR-related experience
• Candidates with recruitment background preferred
• Strong drive to succeed in sales
• Energetic and proactive with good communication
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
