Job summary

The Talent Lever is representing a large Singapore-headquartered industrial group seeking a wellbeing leader to own the psychosocial risk, drive enterprise-wide wellbeing strategy and govern under the WSH Act.

You will fix root causes in workload design and shift patterns, lead a small team including EAP and vendors, and prepare for upcoming Workplace Fairness Act provisions with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across wellbeing, OH, organisa­tional psychology or HR with a scale program.
• Knowledge of Singapore's WSH framework and Tripartite Advisory; ISO 45003 familiarity a plus.
• Experience in operational/industrial settings; wellbeing beyond office ergonomics.
• Evidence-based programmes with measurable retention/absences/claims outcomes.
• Credibility with works councils and boards.
• Growth mindset; quick to learn new tools and technologies.
• Ability to give and receive feedback openly.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across functions.
• Clear, concise, credible communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build group wellbeing strategy as enterprise architecture, not events calendar.
• Own psychosocial risk management aligned to WSH Act and ISO 45003.
• Address root causes: workload design, shift patterns, manager capability in psychological safety with HR and operations.
• Lead a small wellbeing team plus EAP, clinical and vendor ecosystem.
• Prepare the group for Workplace Fairness Act mental-health provisions before enforcement.
