Job summary

Woodlands Health in Singapore seeks an experienced HR leader to champion employee wellbeing, staff engagement and workplace safety across the organisation. You will partner senior leaders to design and implement WellCARE programmes, staff protection frameworks, and culture initiatives aligned with Woodlands Health's Model of Care.

As part of the role, you will supervise HR Executives, manage programme budgets, and drive data-driven improvements to engagement outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, psychology or related field with 4–6 years in wellbeing or employee engagement
• Experience in incident management, crisis intervention or employee support services advantageous
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
• Familiarity with workplace harassment frameworks and WHS guidelines

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of WellCARE programmes and annual training plans.
• Develop strategies to promote workplace psychological wellness and staff resilience.
• Coordinate and deliver training on workplace psychological wellness, resilience and crisis management.
• Review communications related to staff wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
• Lead staff protection programmes and safety initiatives across the organisation.
• Analyse incident reports and trends to identify risk areas and drive targeted interventions.
• Plan training on abuse prevention, harassment management, de-escalation and post-incident care.
• Oversee governance and administration of PRISM, with timely reporting and escalation.
• Monitor staff protection trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with the Cluster Wellbeing Office to ensure policy alignment.
