  • Develop and enhance strategies that promote workplace psychological wellness and staff resilience.
  • Partner internal stakeholders, family groups and micro-units to build awareness, engagement and ownership of wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to peer supporters, including debriefing and case consultations where required.
  • Coordinate and deliver training, workshops and talks on workplace psychological wellness, resilience and crisis management.
  • Review and provide direction on communications related to staff wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
Strengthen Staff Protection and Workplace Safety
  • Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of annual staff protection programmes, outreach initiatives and awareness campaigns.
  • Develop, enhance and maintain staff protection strategies, frameworks and initiatives to foster a safe and respectful workplace.
  • Review and provide guidance on communications related to staff protection matters, including workplace abuse, harassment prevention and post-incident management.
  • Analyse incident reports and trends to identify risk areas, drive targeted interventions and strengthen preventive measures.
  • Coordinate post-incident management efforts and triage cases to relevant stakeholders, including the Staff Support Programme, Emergency Preparedness, Enterprise Risk Management, Employee & Industrial Relations and Workplace Safety & Health teams.
  • Plan and coordinate training programmes, workshops and educational talks on workplace abuse prevention, harassment management, de-escalation techniques and post-incident care.
  • Oversee the governance and administration of the Portal for Risk Identification and Safety Management (PRISM), ensuring timely reporting, escalation and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor, analyse and report significant staff protection trends and emerging risks, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Cluster Wellbeing Office and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency and effectiveness of staff protection policies, programmes and initiatives.
  • Support the review and continuous improvement of workplace violence, abuse and harassment prevention policies, procedures and response frameworks.
Drive Employee Engagement and Workplace Culture
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to understand workforce needs and engagement drivers.
  • Design, implement and evaluate employee engagement strategies that strengthen organisational culture and employee experience.
  • Lead initiatives that promote wellbeing, work-life harmony and quality of work life.
  • Measure programme effectiveness and leverage insights to continuously improve engagement outcomes.
  • Represent Human Resources in engagement, wellbeing and organisational culture projects, committees and workgroups.
  • Support the development of programmes that reinforce Woodlands Hospital's values and Model of Care.
Lead People and Operational Excellence
  • Supervise and develop Executives and HR Assistants through coaching, guidance and performance management.
  • Manage programme budgets and resources effectively.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
