Job summary

A*STAR, Singapore's lead public sector research and development agency, seeks an experienced Organisation Psychologist to lead its assessment science and behavioural insights across the workforce.

You will design evidence-based assessment methodologies for talent acquisition, executive appointments, leadership development and succession planning, while partnering leaders to strengthen organisational effectiveness through behavioural science.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Industrial-Organisational Psychology or related field.
• Master's or Doctorate in I-O Psychology or Behavioural Science preferred.
• Professional accreditation in recognised psychometric tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise assessment and selection strategy across talent acquisition, leadership appointments and succession planning.
• Design evidence-based assessment frameworks and governance for psychometric assessments and interviews.
• Interpret psychometric results and provide recommendations to hiring panels.
• Partner recruiters and leaders to tailor assessment approaches for different job families.
• Apply behavioural science to improve leadership identification, development and workforce effectiveness.
