Job summary

CBRE Singapore seeks a Workplace Experience Lead to own the day-to-day office experience for employees and visitors. You will lead frontline teams across front desk, reception, visitor management, meeting room operations, F&B and events, plus mailroom, archiving and vendor management.

As a senior contact for stakeholders, you will ensure services are efficient, compliant and cost-controlled, while building a service-focused culture and delivering high-quality workplace experiences for CBRE

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workplace experience, facilities or office operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with room scheduling and visitor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk and reception to deliver a professional welcome for visitors and employees.
• Oversee visitor registration, access and security procedures; manage switchboard services.
• Manage meeting room booking and act as Country Admin for scheduling systems.
• Oversee F&B services and event support with catering vendors; coordinate logistics.
• Lead and develop Reception, Mailroom and F&B/events teams, including recruitment and training.
• Negotiate service contracts and manage vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
