Job summary

JLL Singapore is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead client engagement and events within the Workplace Experience team. You will implement internal and external communications strategies and oversee events that deliver authentic, community-driven experiences for clients and guests.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years’ event management or front of house experience in the hospitality or real estate industry.
• Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a client engagement strategy to build lasting relationships.
• Lead internal and external communications to improve culture and engagement.
• Create and manage a monthly/annual events calendar.
• Coordinate facilities, decor, catering, and vendors for events.
• Support procurement of consumables and services and manage vendor meetings.
• Assist in finance processes and ensure KPI targets and compliance.
• Support risk management and incident reporting per procedures.
