RHB Bank Singapore is seeking a senior wealth management leader to drive business models and strategies across Emerging Affluent, Affluent and HNW segments.

The role involves leading the Wealth Management RM sales teams, coaching on cross-selling, and ensuring timely, accurate execution of transactions while maintaining regulatory and service standards. A CMFAS-certified candidate with 8+ years in banking preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Administration or Economics with CMFAS Certification.
• Min 8 years banking experience preferably in leading a sales team.
• Sound knowledge of banking products & services with emphasis on mobile platform sales acquisition for secured and/or unsecured loan products.
• Good interpersonal skills with background in leadership & sales management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team are essential attributes.

Aufgaben

• Develop, strengthen and execute business models and strategies for Retail Banking Wealth in the Emerging Affluent, Affluent & HNW segments.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities for affluent and high net worth clients from the onshore market.
• Enhance the bank’s profile in Wealth Management and grow the assigned portfolio in terms of AUM and customer base while ensuring strong customer engagement.
• Assume full management responsibility of Wealth Management RMs sales productivity and ensure effective cross selling of the bank’s products and services.
• Oversee sales efforts including sales force coaching and participate in client calls with RMs.
• Drive sales productivity (new & cross selling) of Wealth Management products.
• Strong follow up skills and initiatives to ensure all time sensitive transactions are executed in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Good grasp of internal processes, procedures, documentation, fees and related terms and conditions of products and services offered by bank.
• Achieve balanced scorecard, service, operational and regulatory standards set by the bank.
