Job summary

RHB Singapore is seeking a Premier Service Manager to join our Wealth Management team. You will work with Wealth Managers to deliver exceptional banking and service experiences to high-net-worth clients, acting as the primary contact for client servicing, account maintenance, and transaction processing.

You will help ensure regulatory compliance, accurate execution of client instructions, and contribute to process improvements while building strong client relationships and supporting business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years experience in banking, wealth management, customer service, client servicing, or related financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide business support and customer service to high-net-worth clients.
• Support Wealth Managers to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate and process transactions, account maintenance, and loan disbursement instructions.
• Respond to client inquiries with accurate information on banking products and services.
• Identify and escalate client service issues to management in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc management reports for performance monitoring.
