Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a dynamic Wealth Management Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of affluent clients in Singapore.

You will conduct financial needs analyses and tailor solutions across investments, insurance, deposits, and treasury products while growing assets under management. You will acquire new-to-bank clients through referrals and networking, review portfolios regularly, stay informed on market trends, and ensure full compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Personal Banking, Priority Banking, Financial Advisory, or Insurance Sales.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management, investment, insurance, and banking products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CMFAS, FMRP, M5, M9, HI, or equivalent wealth management qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Open to local candidates willing to relocate to Singapore (working pass sponsorship provided).

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients through proactive relationship management.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide tailored wealth management solutions based on clients' financial goals and risk appetite.
• Advise clients on a range of banking and wealth products, including investments, insurance, deposits, and treasury solutions.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and market updates.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase assets under management (AUM).
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities to provide informed recommendations.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's policies and procedures.
