Job summary

RHB Group in Singapore is seeking a Premier Service Manager to join the Wealth Management team. You will work closely with Wealth Managers to deliver exceptional banking and service experiences to high-net-worth clients, acting as the main contact for client servicing and transactional support.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and high-quality service delivery while building strong client relationships and supporting growth in the wealth management business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of banking, wealth management, customer service or related financial services experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Managers in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.
• Process client instructions, monitor fund transfers, and coordinate loan disbursement documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries with accurate information on banking products and services.
• Identify and escalate client service issues to management.
• Provide account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing support.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc management reports for performance monitoring.
