Job summary

Singapore Post is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee daily warehouse and fulfilment activities, ensuring safe, efficient workflows while optimizing labour and resources.

You will manage end-to-end inventory, drive lean initiatives, and partner with AVP on P&L, budgeting and client bids. Strong data-driven mindset and WMS experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Logistics management or relevant field.
• 5 years of managerial experience, with 3 years in Contract Logistics (3PL).
• Proven track record managing end-to-end supply chain operations (B2B/B2C).
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting and cost control exposure.
• Certifications like BizSafe Level 2 or WAHM are advantageous.
• Experience with Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and fulfilment operations to ensure safe, smooth workflows.
• Plan labour, MHE, storage and tasks to meet fluctuating volumes.
• Oversee end-to-end inventory management and loss prevention programs.
• Collaborate on pricing simulations, budgeting, and monthly billing.
• Drive lean transformation, digital dashboards and automation for visibility.
• Manage risks, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
