Job summary

Singapore Post Limited is seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse and fulfilment activities in Singapore. You will optimize labor, MHE, storage, and tasks to meet changing customer volumes while driving inventory accuracy and throughput improvements.

Responsibilities include P&L management, budgeting, and billing alignment, plus cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams to support bids. Kaizen and digital dashboards will drive performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Logistics Management or relevant disciplines.
• 5 years of managerial experience, with 3 years in a 3PL environment.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end supply chain operations (B2B and B2C).
• Strong financial acumen with P&L tracking, budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and fulfilment activities to ensure safe, efficient workflows.
• Strategically plan labour, MHE, storage and tasks to meet fluctuating volumes.
• Oversee end-to-end inventory management and loss-prevention programs.
• Review throughput and utilization to improve facilities and manpower strategies.
