Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee inbound/outbound, inventory control, and order fulfilment. You will lead multiple warehouse teams, optimize processes and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 5–10 years in warehouse or logistics with leadership experience, strong knowledge of SAP/WMS, and a continuous improvement mindset. On-site role with emphasis on SLA performance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and SAP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound, outbound, inventory control and order fulfilment activities.
• Plan and optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop, implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and procedures.
• Lead and supervise warehouse team leaders, supervisors and staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching and training to develop team capabilities.
• Maintain a safety-focused working environment and strong safety culture.
