JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods in Singapore.

You will lead, assign, and monitor warehouse staff, ensure accurate inventory control, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Production and Logistics to meet delivery deadlines. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Lead, assign, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock movement, and proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing goods are handled accurately and delivered on time.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety standards, and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Purchasing, Sales, Production, and Logistics, to support operational requirements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving stock, delivery, and warehouse operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of goods to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare warehouse reports, including inventory status, stock discrepancies, and daily operational updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
