Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound deliveries. You will plan manpower and resources to ensure smooth performance and supervise warehouse staff across scheduling, training, and onboarding.

You will drive improvements, ensure safety and quality standards, and utilize WMS and RF scanners to support daily operations. Strong communication with customers and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Prior warehouse/logistics experience will be an advantage.
• Able to work a 5.25-day work week: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM / Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Comfortable handling and storing alcoholic beverages and non-halal products as part of daily job duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound deliveries.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operational performance.
• Monitor cargo handling activities and investigate operational or inventory discrepancies.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels.
• Utilize WMS, RF scanners, and other warehouse systems to support operations.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain service excellence.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support billing-related activities.
