Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a senior leader to shape sustainable ticketing service fees and translate transit data into actionable insights. You will develop transparent charging frameworks, oversee commercial contracts with operators and partners, and ensure governance over cost allocation and revenue reporting.

The role requires deep expertise in economics, finance and data analytics, with 10+ years of experience and proven leadership.

Qualifications

Knowledge in economics, finance, data analytics or enginеering.
At least 10 years of relevant experience with policy, commercial or contract management, financial analysis or data analytics; supervisory experience essential.
Strong commercial and financial acumen to evaluate charging models, costs and value-for-money.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for senior management and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the team responsible for shaping sustainable ticketing service fees and turning transit data into actionable insights.
Develop and review ticketing services charging framework for transparency and sustainability.
Oversee commercial and contract management with operators and partners, including service fees and performance requirements.
Prepare and negotiate approval papers, agreements and recommendations for senior management.
