Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a senior leader to shape ticketing service fees, convert transit data into actionable insights and drive transparent charging frameworks. You will oversee commercial agreements, governance, and data-driven decision making for a commuter-centric ticketing system.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and coordinate with policy, finance and operators to deliver long-term financial sustainability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in economics, finance, accounting, business or data analytics.
• Strong track record in policy, commercial or contract management.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with supervisory roles.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate fees and contracts.
• Excellent written, presentation and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ticketing Fees & Data team; set priorities and performance outcomes.
• Develop and review the ticketing charging framework for transparency and value.
• Lead commercial and contract management with operators and partners.
• Oversee preparation and negotiation of approval papers and agreements.
• Establish governance over fees, reporting, settlement and reconciliation.
• Lead data insights to identify trends and support policy decisions.
• Develop dashboards, analytics frameworks and data-quality controls.
• Drive cross-functional projects to enhance ticketing operations and payments.
• Manage risks, audits and compliance related to tickets, contracts and data.
• Build trusted relationships and represent the division at forums.
