Job summary

Wine Connection (Singapore) is seeking a senior e-commerce leader to own and grow WineConnection.com.sg. You will drive performance across campaigns, merchandising, pricing and customer engagement while managing fulfillment and marketplace partnerships.

The role focuses on Shopify/eCommerce growth, data-driven optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Retail teams to elevate online sales and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, online retail or omnichannel retail, preferably in the wine industry
• Proven experience managing and growing a Shopify or Shopify Plus eCommerce business.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce trading, merchandising, conversion optimisation and the digital customer journey.
• Commercially minded and comfortable owning sales and profitability targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear commercial actions.
• Comfortable working with eCommerce analytics and reporting tools such as Shopify Analytics, GA4 and Excel.
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable switching between strategic planning and day-to-day problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of WineConnection.com.sg and deliver against sales, growth and profitability targets.
• Manage the eCommerce calendar across campaigns, seasonal occasions, product launches, member offers and tactical promotions.
• Monitor performance across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin and customer behaviour; translate insights into actions.
• Identify opportunities to grow basket size through digital merchandising, bundles, and cross-selling.
• Lead with Marketing and Retail on assortment, pricing, campaigns and customer engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day management and optimisation of the Shopify Plus store.
• Manage product collections, landing pages, onsite search, navigation and promotions.
• Improve online shopping journey across mobile and desktop; reduce friction points in the funnel.
